Ingredients (2 portions)
2 slices of turkey breast (about 150 g each)
1 clove of garlic
1 sprig of rosemary
dried chili pepper according to your own taste and... resistance to hot!
flour
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
salt
Preparation
The turkey breast with rosemary and chili sono is a light and easy to prepare but very tasty main course, thanks to the aroma of rosemary and the spicy touch of chili.
To prepare it, clean the slices of turkey breast from any fat part or nerve, add salt and mash lightly with flour. Wash the rosemary, dry and finely chop the leaves. Peel and crush a clove of garlic and sauté it in two tablespoons of olive oil with the chopped dried chili.
When the garlic begins to sizzle add the slices of turkey and sprinkle with half the chopped rosemary. Cook for 2-3 minutes, then turn them over and sprinkle with the rest of the rosemary; continue cooking until they are golden brown on both sides. Do not cook for too much time, because the delicate meat of turkey tends to become stringy. Serve the turkey breast with rosemary and chili very hot, just ready.
