Spicy hake with peas

Ingredients (2 portions)

600 g hakes
1 clove garlic
150 g frozen peas
cumin
dried hot chili pepper
parsley
extra virgin olive oil
salt

 

Preparation

To prepare the spicy hake with peas, first wash and clean the fish removing the entrails and head, then fillet and chop the pulp.

Boil a pot of lightly salted water and cook the peas for about 8-10 minutes.

Finely chop garlic and parsley and brown them in a pan with two tablespoons of extra virgin olive oil, then add the chopped hake and the peas. Season with a pinch of salt and a generous sprinkling of cumin powder and chopped hot chili pepper. Cook for 8 minutes on high heat.

Serve the spicy hake with peas hot, just ready.
