
Sandwiches with tuna and harissa

Ingredients (6 sandwiches)
3 slices of milk bread for sandwiches or sandwch loaf
160 g canned tuna
harissa
tomato pulp
Preparation
To prepare the sandwiches with tuna and harissa, cut the slices of milk bread into triangles.
Drain the tuna and crush it with a fork. Mix it with harissa and a few tablespoons of tomato pulp, to obtain the consistency of a thick sauce.
Spread the mixture of harissa, tomato and tuna on half the bread triangles, then close the sandwiches with remaining slices.
The sandwiches with tuna and harissa are an excellent appetizer,also suitable as an outdoor snack.
