Roast potatoes with hot paprika

Ingredients (2 portions)
600 g potatoes
hot paprika
extra virgin olive oil
salt
Preparation
To prepare delicious roast potatoes with hot paprika, first peel the potatoes, rinse under running water and cut them into cubes.
place the diced potatoes in a pot of lightly salted water and bring to boil. Cook for about 5 minutes into the boil, then drain the potatoes and season with a drizzle of olive oil and a spoonful of hot paprika.
Mix and place the potatoes in a pan lined with baking paper. Bake at 200 °C for about twenty minutes or until the potatoes are golden brown. Serve the roast potatoes with hot paprika piping hot, just ready.
