Ingredients (2 portions)

160 g pasta (we suggest penne rigate)
100 ml cream
80 g smoked salmon
habanero pepper according to your taste and... resistance to hot!
20 g butter
salt

Preparation

The pasta with cream, salmon and habanero pepper is the spicy version of a very well known first course: the classic combination of smoked salmon and cream is enriched by the hot aromatic touch of habanero pepper.

To prepare it, boil a pot of water, add salt and cook the pasta. Meanwhile, wash and finely chop the habanero pepper.

Heat the butter in a pan and add the habanero pepper. When the pasta is almost cooked, add the smoked salmon cut into strips and cook for a while. Drain the pasta when it is just slightly firm and toss it into the pan with the salmon and habanero pepper, then add the cream and put out the fire.

Mix and serve the pasta with cream, salmon and habanero pepper piping hot, just ready.
