Fruit salad with pineapple, melon, apple and amachito pepper

Ingredients (6 portions)

1 liqueur glass of brandy
3 amachito peppers
1 pineapple
1/2 honeydew melon
2 apples
cane sugar at will

Preparation

To prepare the fruit salad with pineapple, melon, apple and amachito pepper, first soak the amachito in a little glass of brandy for at least 12 hours.

Peel and cut into little pieces the pineapple, the honeydew melon and the apples, then pour on them the amachito flavoured brandy and sprinkle with cane sugar at will.

Let the fruit salad with pineapple, melon, apple and amachito pepper stand in the fridge for a couple of hours, so that the fruit will absorb  the brandy and amachito flavours at best.
