Bean, tuna and onion salad with tabasco pepper

Ingredients (2 portions)

200 g fresh beans (net weight - about 650 g gross weight)
160 g canned tuna
50 g onion
1 bay leaf
1 clove garlic
4 Tabasco Hawaiian chili peppers
extra virgin olive oil
salt

Preparation

The bean, tuna and onion salad with tabasco pepper is an excellent main course, rich, spicy and tasty.

To prepare it, first shell the fresh beans, wash them and place them in a saucepan with the peeled garlic clove, the bay leaf and plenty of lightly salted water. Bring to a boil and cook for about 45 minutes over medium heat, then drain and let cool them.

Peel and finely chop the onion, wash and chop the Tabasco Hawaiian peppers, drain the tuna from conservation oil and and mash the pulp with a fork.

Combine all ingredients, season with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil and serve the bean, tuna and onion salad with tabasco pepper.
