hot chili pepper powder according to your own taste and... resistance to hot!
extra virgin olive oil
The baked salmon with thyme, capers and chili pepper powder is a tempting and tasty main course, where the delicate flavor of salmon is enhanced by the aromas of thyme and chili pepper.
To prepare it, first wash and dry the salmon steaks, season with salt and arrange on a baking tray lined with baking paper, lightly greased with olive oil. Sprinkle the slices of fish with pickled capers, a light sprinkling of thyme leaves and chili pepper powder according to your own taste and... resistance to hot! Sprinkle with a little olive oil and breadcrumbs.
Heat oven to 250 °C and bake for about 15 minutes, then if necessary continue cooking in grill mode until the salmon forms a golden crust. Serve the baked salmon with thyme, capers and chili pepper just ready, accompanied with raw or steamed vegetables.
